Welcome to the Optimist Club of Los Angeles
"Bring out the Best in Kids, the Best in Communities, and the Best in Oneself."
Spreading Optimism
Optimist Clubs conduct thousands of activities for kids annually and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars providing these activities. These activities positively affect not only the kids but also the communities and our volunteers. Each Optimist Club is independent and run by members within its own community. It has the unique flexibility to serve the kids in its area in any way it sees suitable.
What Optimist Clubs Do?
Optimist Clubs are dedicated to "Bringing Out the Best in Kids" and do their part through community service programs. Since each Club is autonomous and run by members of their community. Optimists have the unique flexibility to serve the youth of their community which is most beneficial. When Optimist Club members see a need in their community, they react to the need.
